The CNRS ombudspersons help resolve any difficulties or disagreements that arise in the course of the organization’s operations, and hinder the functioning of the Institutes, departments, regional offices or operational research or service units.
Every year, the ombudsperson submits an activity report to the President of the CNRS. This report is also presented to the Joint Technical Committee (CTP) for information purposes and published in the CNRS Official Bulletin.
(Decision n° 953157SJUR dated 30 November 1995 concerning the position of ombudsperson at the CNRS, Art. 2 and 6).
